Help.....I had standing water in my dishwasher and it started to smell.  I hadn't used the dishwasher in about a week.  I did get the water to drain out and it seems to be fine once I ran a cycle, but it still smells. 

Can I run vinegar through the dishwasher to get rid of the smell or would something else be better? 

Yuk, I hate smelly things.
